Is there really no per-user or per-contact fee?
Correct. NX CRM uses flat monthly pricing. Add unlimited team members and import unlimited contacts without your bill changing. The price you see is the price you pay, plus usage for SMS and email volume above your included credits.
What is white-label and why does it matter?

Can I resell NX CRM to my own clients?
Yes. NX Pro unlocks SaaS mode: create sub-accounts for your clients, set your own pricing tiers, and bill them monthly through the platform. You buy at NX Pro pricing and charge what you like.
What happens if I exceed the usage limits?
Usage beyond your plan is billed at transparent per-unit rates: SMS from $0.01 per message and email from $0.001 per send. There are no overages on users or contacts, and a usage dashboard shows your spend at all times.
